terms of service

by commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms of service.

✧ GENERAL ✧

i have the right to decline any commission for any reason.
no rushed commissions.
all artworks will be done in my art style only. do not ask me to copy another artist’s style.
all artworks are digital artworks only.
commissioned pieces are strictly for personal and non-profit use only.
reposts are strictly prohibited.
turnaround time will depend on the complexity of the artwork, the amount of workload, and such. simple pieces usually take within 1-2 weeks to finish, and 2-4 weeks for more complex pieces. i will let you know if i have any technical problems, health-related issues, etc. that may delay the completion of the artwork.
revisions are free of charge during the sketch stage/s. further revisions after the said stages will incur additional fee depending on how minor or major they are. however, i will not be entertaining any revisions once i begin rendering.
do not use my art for AI and NFT purposes.
do not remove my signature/watermark.
as the artist, i reserve the right to post the commissioned piece/s and/or include them in my portfolio. (let me know if you are not comfortable with it.)
as the client, you may use the commissioned piece as profile pictures and/or post it in your social media accounts as long as you put proper credits in your profile/bio.

✧ PAYMENT/PRICING ✧

payments are accepted through paypal (in USD) or gcash (in PHP).
strictly no refunds.
all prices are base prices only and may vary depending on the complexity of the piece.

order process

send me a message through twitter or e-mail and kindly wait for my confirmation if there are any slots available before proceeding.
after confirming, let me know about the commission details you have in mind and provide references so i can work on a rough sketch of the piece. kindly look it over and let me know if you want something revised.
once the sketch is approved, the payment details will be sent and you can either pay in full or 50% down payment.
you may ask for updates regarding the progress of the commission.
upon completing the piece, kindly settle the remaining balance. once that's done, i will send the finished artwork in PNG/JPG format via e-mail.

kindly provide visual references and clear description of the desired piece. (you can send as many references as possible)
i usually work on a 1536 x 2048 canvas (300 dpi) but you may tell me what canvas size you want.
given that i have various art styles, you may pick which style you prefer for your commission.
ask me first about mild nsfw/suggestive themes and art based on fanfics/written works
up to 3 characters per canvas only.
